Each task is one step-forward row in the Tracker (Open → Idea → Committed → Locked). Phases carry equal weight. Tick Gate on any phase that ends with a client sign-off.
Drag a phase bar to the date it really starts — after a freeze, or when a project has drifted. Drag an edge to change how long it runs. Everything after an adjusted phase moves with it; earlier phases stay put. Nothing is written until you Save the project.
Schedule adjustment needs a mouse — open this project on a desktop screen. You can still read the timeline from the project row.
